Hi everyone
I've emailed you all the details of your March partners.
Please double check their addresses and preferences and have fun!
At this stage it looks as though we may have three new swappers for the month of March!
First International Member!
Please join me in welcoming Dawn from the UK to our group!
Dawn will do her first swap in March and has chosen any block (except Log Cabin) in black, white and red.
What a striking combination!

Lynettes Star
As Alex's group is building membership I offered to help out this month by being a swap partner for her.
My partner this month was the lovely Lynette who sent me this absolutely divine Shabby chic star. Its perfect for the quilt I am planning so thank you so much. I love the little star in the star design.

January Swap - Lynette and Alex
This was a special swap since Lynette was our very first member! I'm posting both blocks since Lynette is having a bit of trouble posting at the moment.
Lynette requested Solomon's Star in blues and whites. This is what I sent her:
And Lynette sent me a lovely Baby Bunting in peach:
I really enjoyed swapping with you, Lynette!

First block for group 2 - for Lynette
As Alex is still building membership in group 2, as the founder of group 1, I have offered to swap with new partners if she has uneven numbers to help out for awhile. The lovely Lynette was Alex's first member and I am honoured to be her partner for February.
Lynette requested Solitaire from quilters cache which is a saw tooth star with a pinwheel centre, so quite challenging to get the points to all match up. She requested this in bright blues and white and wanted the centre to be of a different fabric to make it interesting. I didn't have any really "bright" blues as such, but thought this combo is quite pretty and went together well. I hope you like it Lynette, I will post it to you on Monday. Quilted hugs, Sue x
