It's the end of the month and time to get your swap partner's details. I know you must be excited since there are at least 2 new members swapping.
I'm holding off with the partnering for just another day or two since we've had another enquiry and I'm just waiting for a confirmation. This will make member #4!
What a busy month for our little group!
Just a reminder - if you have a blog please let me know the address so I can add it to our blog list. I can't wait to see all the beautiful blocks!
This is the blog of the sister group of Quilting Block Swaps Australia. Our rapid growth has made it more practical to run two groups of swappers. Please look around and we'd love you to join us!

Member number 3!
I'm thrilled to announce our third member!
Beth from QLD
Beth was our very first enquiry but the flooding kept her busy and I'm really glad she's safe!
Beth has chosen Tick Tack Toe from Quilter's Cache in blues and greens on a white background and will be doing her first swap in February.
Welcome Beth!

Welcome!
Welcome to group 2 of Quilting Block Swaps Australia!
The original group has reached capacity but the fast and constant growth means new members would be unable to participate. The solution was starting a second group so if you are interested in becoming a member, please email me! Both groups will run in exactly the same way.
Members may only be part of one swap group at a time although some long established members might change groups to make new quilty friendships and the opportunity to swap with new people.
Members are partnered each month and we make each other a 12 inch quilt block based on our preferences which we swap.
(12.5 inches raw edge to raw edge)
Membership is free and open to ALL quilters from beginners to experienced with the emphasis on friendship and sharing.
Despite the name and members being predominantly Australian, international quilters are welcome to join us!
So we wait for our first members and then the fun will begin!
